    How to install a HDD (After Your own Research)

    First confirm that you have the correct HDD.

    Note: You may be able to clone your old HDD to your new HDD, so avoiding the need for a fresh install and loss of data.

    To install the HDD in a computer, you can:
    Turn off the computer and unplug it
    Open the computer case
    Locate the drive bays
    Install the new HDD
    Attach the cables
    Secure the drive with screws
    Close the computer case
    Turn on the computer
    Log in to the computer
    Initialize the new drive
